Taking a minute on #MomentumMonday to congratulate team member Hayley Bowers! She is a recipient of the 2021 South Carolina Women in Business award. Hayley was selected thanks to her stellar career achievements, contributions to the company, and community involvement.

When Hayley  was promoted to vice president, she became the first woman to hold that title in the company. Her particular specialty is cultivating public sector projects. Hayley’s responsibilities can range from supporting a school district tasked with establishing a million-dollar educational campus, to guiding a city council seeking to revitalize a neighborhood by turning a defunct retail space into a thriving library. Among her achievements – initial feasibility planning for some of the largest K-12 building programs in South Carolina.
