M. B. Kahn’s program management services provide you with a turnkey construction option, from initial funding procurement through facility maintenance training and warranty. Through our preconstruction services, we are typically able to save 5-15% of the program’s cost. As program manager, we handle all paperwork, bids, etc. through an organized, coordinated process.

We make it a point to maintain open communication throughout every project. While we handle all aspects of the program, the project owner is an integral partner in the process and has access to all program documentation via secure, around-the-clock online access.
