Summer of Support Helps Service Dogs July 1, 2021

The M. B. Kahn Summer of Support continues in July with a focus on Palmetto Animal Assisted Life Services (PAALS)! This “pawsome” organization assists children and adults with disabilities (other than blindness) by training service dogs to help with life activities.  They are having a ruff time keeping the following items in stock. We invite our office and field employees to fill the donation bins at the Columbia headquarters with these items!

• Toilet Paper
• Paper Towels
• Seventh Generation Multi-Purpose Cleaner
• Gift Cards to Staples, Office Depot, Lowes, Home Depot, or ANY Pet Store
• Blue Ribbon Brand House Training Pads
• Peanut Butter (NO XYLITOL)
• Dog Toothpaste
• Crate Pads (size L 0r XL)
• Dog Food (Purina Pro Plan Focus Adult Large Breed)
• Puppy Food (Purina One SmartBlend Large Breed)
• Toys ‘R Us Tru Fetch N’Treat
• Nylabones
• Buster Balls, Puzzle Cubes, or Any Puzzle Feeders
• Red Barn or Pet Botanics Chicken Rolls
• Milk Bone Minis
• Purple or Green 6 foot Leashes
• Easy Rider Dog Seatbelts

M. B. Kahn started the “SOS” to help charitable organizations in South Carolina weather the “Summer Slump” when donations tend to drop significantly. The program is in its fourth year and going strong!
