M. B. Kahn Construction Co., Inc. provided full program management services as well as a facility study. This included assisting the school district with hiring architects, engineers, and bidding of all projects. M. B. Kahn Construction worked with the team to program the schools and ensure educational goals were met. Advisement on phasing projects was also provided according to cash flow projections.

• Varnell Elementary School – Cost $3,200,000 – Renovations
• Northwest High School – Cost $3,700,000 – Renovations
• Southeast High School – Cost $2,700,000 – Renovations
