Village at Sandhill Columbia, South Carolina

The Village at Sandhill project is a 300-acre, 1.3 million-square-foot, mixed-use development. Since this project’s inception in 2004, M. B. Kahn Construction has completed numerous phases of this development. Some of these projects include more than 60 retail store tenant upfits as well as sitework, infrastructure projects, utility services, foundation work, grading, site construction, streetscape, landscape, and site electrical and lighting.
