Southeastern Spine Institute Mount Pleasant, South Carolina

M. B. Kahn was pleased to partner with the Southeastern Spine Institute (SSI) to construct this medical office building in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina. The three-story, 75,000 square foot building, located on the East Cooper Hospital campus, houses SSI’s clinical practice, rehabilitation, and administrative offices; an 18,000 square foot ambulatory surgery center; and an imaging center with two MRIs.
