M. B. Kahn was selected by the County of Lexington to design and construct a 104,000 SF speculative building in the Saxe Gotha Industrial Park. Our Design-Build team designed an aesthetically pleasing facility that would also be functional for a variety of end users. The finished facility features 50’ x 50’ column spacing with a 32’ clear height and is constructed with load-bearing pre-cast wall panels and a structural steel frame. It features 4 dock doors and 2 drive-in doors with 1 speedbay. A striking feature of the facility is the blue accent panels for the storefront entrance.
