This 120,000-square-foot church campus is located in Irmo, SC. It includes several large meeting and activity rooms, business offices, and Sunday school classrooms. The two-story facility is comprised of brick veneer with pre-cast accents. It was delivered utilizing a pre-construction process and a Guaranteed Maximum Price contract agreement. The new education wing contains children’s classrooms on the first floor with education and expanded administrative office spaces on the second floor.
