This 68,000-square-foot facility is devoted to use by the public as well as house city offices. The first floor serves includes 2 exhibit areas, a gift shop, a reception area, a classroom, a meeting area, and city offices. The second floor consists primarily of city offices. The third floor features a 152-seat theater-style auditorium. The fourth floor has been designated almost exclusively for public use. It includes a large multi-purpose room ideal for meetings, receptions, and similar gatherings.
