The structure is constructed of insulated metal and concrete panels, an insulated rubber roof, 50’ columns, 20’-30′ clear height ceilings, metal Halide lighting, and 28 truck docks plus 7 drive in doors. The entire building has HVAC, heating, and sprinklers.
