Lexington Medical Center Medical Park Three West Columbia, South Carolina

Lexington Medical Park Three is a five-story, 175,000 square foot medical office building located in West Columbia, SC. The building is comprised of brick veneer, architectural pre-cast concrete, and curtain wall glass systems. The project includes extensive multiple staged sitework which was utilized to minimize the project’s impact on campus parking. Our services included extensive pre-construction analysis. It was delivered with an open book form of contract. This project shows that the proposed M. B. Kahn team has current experience analyzing, budgeting, and constructing buildings very similar to yours.
