Lexington County Judicial Center Lexington, South Carolina

This five-story, 88,000-square-foot Judicial Center is comprised of four floors and a basement level. It contains four family courtrooms, three circuit courtrooms, and one main circuit courtroom. A two-story parking deck is located to the south of the new courthouse, accommodating 240 cars. The Plaza level links both the Courthouse and the Administration Center, and functions as the access point for all pedestrian and vehicular traffic. The Center’s orientation to the new town square and existing courthouse was established through thoughtful siting.
