Gervais Place Publix Columbia, South Carolina

This 32,150-square-foot grocery store and dispensary renovation was a challenging project consisting of incorporating a modern Publix grocery store into an existing historical structure. Work included seismic reinforcing, new roof structure, and new structural spans while maintaining the Confederate Dispensaries historical exterior.
