Franke Home Cottages Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina

The Franke Home Retirement Community consists of eighty-eight residential cottages. These cottages were built to custom specifications and average in size from 1,800 square feet to 3,000 square feet. They are built on crawl space or concrete slab depending upon location. All infrastructure for the community was included in the project.
