Franke Home Apartments Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina

This complex includes three four-story apartment buildings and seventy-two units. The first floor of each building is concrete framed to allow parking underneath three stories of residential apartments. These apartment buildings are a part of the Franke Home Retirement Community that also includes eighty-eight residential cottages, a community center, and a skilled nursing facility.
