M. B. Kahn completed this Design-Build project for a 100,000 SF facility, expandable to 200,000 SF, for the Florence County Economic Development Partnership. With a minimum clear height of 28’ and 50’ x 50’ column spacing, this building is constructed with a structural steel frame, precast concrete wall panels, single ply roof, and aluminum windows. It features two dock doors, one drive-thru door, and several additional knockout panels.
