Edmund Transfer Station Lexington, South Carolina

M. B. Kahn partnered with the County of Lexington to expand the county’s Solid Waste Transfer Station. A transfer station is a facility in which household garbage is deposited and compacted. The new facility is permitted to process and transfer 2,000 tons (4,000,000 pounds) of household garbage from Lexington County each day. The Edmund Transfer Station will serve residents and businesses well into the future, and help the county to manage its continued growth.
