CPM Federal Credit Union Bluffton, South Carolina

The CPM Federal Credit Union project at Buckwalter Place is a 3,700 SF, state of the art branch bank. The building is made up of brick veneer and Hardie paneling over steel frame and light gauge frame construction. The 1.22 Acre site required 3+ feet of fill across the entire site, as well as extensive coordination with the Town of Bluffton, and Beaufort Jasper Water & Sewer Authority. This project had an aggressive, 6-month schedule, and was completed on time.
