M. B. Kahn constructed the original 105,000 SF facility for Aiken County which featured precast concrete walls, a membrane roof, and a minimum clear height of 32’. M. B. Kahn was then selected to upfit this facility for Central States Manufacturing. The upfit included the construction of the interior slab-on-grade, office space, additional dock doors, and structural adjustments for bridge cranes. The upfit also included extensive electrical work and a complete re-paint of the exterior.
