This 560,000-square-foot four phase project Blue Cross Blue Shield is located on 76 acres and consists of executive offices, open office space, wellness center, fully functioning kitchen, and 500-person cafeteria. The centralized hub building includes massive telecommunications and data distribution systems to the four wing buildings. Presently, this is the largest office building in Columbia, South Carolina.
