This fast-track renovation involved the complete gutting and rebuilding of an existing single-story, 55,000-square-foot office building. The renovations included new roofing, new electrical, new mechanical, new interiors, and upgraded exterior finishes. Exterior improvements included new, substantial parapet billboards and a new architectural tower at the main entry. The primary goal for this project was to establish the exterior brand for all future BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina office facilities. This project was delivered on time and within budget.
