Columbia Metro Water Project Wins Safety Award August 7, 2020

M. B. Kahn has completed numerous construction projects at the Columbia Metro Wastewater Treatment Plant in a safe, timely, and dependable manner. We are honored to partner with the City of Columbia to help protect the environment and serve the Columbia community. And we are proud to announce that our crew on the Columbia Metro project has won our latest COVID-19 Preparedness & Prevention award. Congratulations to everyone for working safely and staying healthy!

The M. B. Kahn Corporate Safety & Health Department created the COVID-19 Preparedness & Prevention Award to reward those employees who excel at keeping our people and jobs safe and staying prepared to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Superintendent Chance Williams and his team all did outstanding jobs of following our Jobsite Standards for Work Groups, Sanitation, and Handwashing Stations; maintaining the Jobsite Work Group Management Sheet; and keeping and maintaining the smallest possible Work Groups.
