This 24,000-square-foot store was built as an addition to the popular Forum II shopping center at the Village at Sandhill, which also includes TJ Maxx, Old Navy, Shoe Carnival, and Rue 21 among its tenants.

This is the first HomeGoods store to be built in the Midlands region of South Carolina. The retailer, which is owned by the same group as T.J. Maxx clothing stores, is aggressively opening new stores across the country.
