When M. B. Kahn handles construction management, we act as the owner’s representative throughout the project and beyond. This approach relies heavily on a team effort and should be initiated in the earliest stages of the project for maximum benefit. The team relies on the expertise of individual members, and decisions are made jointly, with the owner having the final say after input from all parties.
The construction manager contributes by managing the project through budget control, estimating, scheduling, and value engineering while performing a myriad of services to bring the project to successful completion. Our goal is to eliminate delay-causing roadblocks and keep all objectives on track.
