The rain paused today for an exciting ribbon cutting at Richland Library Wheatley! This modern, transformed library will be a wonderful resource for the Old Shandon neighborhood. The Library and M. B. Kahn team are proud to deliver this 4,000 sq. ft. project for an excellent value to the community…there are no small projects in our book.
