M. B. Kahn Welcomes Matt Ventimiglia as Vice President of Preconstruction December 15, 2025
M. B. Kahn is pleased to announce Matt Ventimiglia as Vice President of Preconstruction. Ventimiglia will be based in the company’s Charlotte office and will collaborate closely with the team in Columbia to support preconstruction strategy and delivery.
Ventimiglia brings an impressive 20-year career in the construction industry, with deep experience in preconstruction leadership, estimating, strategic planning, and client collaboration. His expertise will play a pivotal role in strengthening M. B. Kahn’s preconstruction operations and supporting continued growth across the Southeast.

Ventimiglia’s expertise is supported by a strong academic and professional foundation. He earned his Master of Business Administration from Queens University of Charlotte, where he focused on strategic leadership and business management. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Technology from Purdue University, providing him with a solid technical background in construction methods, project planning, and industry best practices. In addition to his academic credentials, Ventimiglia is an Associate Design-Build Professional (DBIA), earning the certification in 2023, and is a LEED Accredited Professional, a credential he achieved in 2007. This combination of technical education, advanced business training, and industry certifications has shaped his approach to preconstruction leadership, equipping him to elevate processes, support complex project pursuits, and strengthen team performance across the Carolinas.
