Best & Brightest: Maggie Dittmar September 15, 2020
Great news! Team member Maggie Dittmar is part of Columbia Business Monthly’s “Best & Brightest Under 35” for 2020!
The Erskine College and Clemson University Engineering and Physics graduate joined M. B. Kahn in 2017 as a preconstruction services professional. Maggie combines her project management field experience and knowledge of facilities planning and engineering to present M. B. Kahn’s clients with accurate and timely estimates and facility studies. She exemplifies our mission to build not only facilities, but long-term relationships.
In M. B. Kahn, Maggie found the ideal partner to support her professional growth and nurture her involvement in the Midlands community. M. B. Kahn enthusiastically sponsored Maggie as part of the Leadership Columbia Class of 2019 and continues to support her community involvement.
To uplift persons with lifelong disabilities, Maggie and her husband, Lexington County firefighter Tyler Dittmar, volunteer with Special Olympics. Maggie is also motivated by a desire to see Midlands’ students flourish professionally. Encouraged by one of her M. B. Kahn mentors, David Knight, Maggie guides 8th and 9th grade students with the ACE (Architecture • Construction • Engineering) Mentor Program.
In addition to her other pursuits, since June 2019, Maggie has also served on the Leadership Columbia Advisory Board.
Conscientious, enthusiastic, deeply committed to her community and clients – we all benefit from Maggie’s passion for making a difference.
