This hotel’s 160,000 square feet includes 222 rooms as well as a Ruth’s Chris restaurant. M. B. Kahn planned and executed an extensive safety plan and coordination during construction due to the project’s location in a heavy pedestrian and vehicular traffic area.

South Carolina Bank & Trust Headquarters

Columbia, SC

The exterior is a combination of limestone colored pre-cast concrete and red brick. The ground floor houses the main banking and customer offices while the executive offices and board room are on the upper floors.

Columbia, SC

A phased project of which four are completed. It consists of executive offices, open atmosphere office space, wellness center and 500 person cafeteria. The site is designed for additional phases in the future.

New 7-story 70,000 Sq. Ft. hotel with masonry loading bearing walls and precast hollow core planks. The exterior of the building is metal studs with E.I.F.S and the roof is metal tiles.
